SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY

Paolo Benanti is a Franciscan of the Third Order Regular (TOR), born on July 20, 1973, and specializes in ethics, bioethics, and the ethics of technology. His studies focus particularly on innovation management: the internet and the impact of the Digital Age, biotechnologies for human enhancement and biosecurity, as well as neuroscience and neurotechnologies.

He seeks to clarify the ethical and anthropological significance of technology for Homo sapiens: a species that has inhabited and transformed the world for 70,000 years. The human condition is, in fact, a techno-human condition
