CONTEST

• Participants may participate individually or in groups of up to 3 participants. In the case of group participation, each group member must complete the registration form individually.
• For PhD students and young researchers under 36, a registration fee of €180 is required. The PhD Forum is included in the conference registration fee. However, a separate registration for the contest is still mandatory, and all participants must complete the dedicated registration form below.
• Participation is free of charge for M.Sc. students.
• For those who are already registered for the conference, participation in the contest is free of charge. However, a separate registration for the contest is still mandatory, and all participants must complete the dedicated registration form below.
• Registration for the Youth Forum is also mandatory. The Youth Forum is a poster session where PhD students and young researchers will present their research themes and topics. Participants must therefore complete the dedicated registration form, regardless of whether they have already registered for the conference.
• At the beginning of the event, participants will receive a dataset that they will use to train and evaluate their own model on their personal device. The goal is to develop a model that best fits the data provided and achieves the highest performance according to the evaluation criteria defined by the organizers.
• The Contest will take place at the conference venue on 22 October, from 9:00 to 13:00.
• The Young Form will take place at the conference venue on 22 October, from 15:50 to 16:20.

The registration form must be completed by 12:00 PM on October 16.
